TOTS TENNIS
AGES 3-5 YEARS

Aimed at developing agility, balance, coordination and confidence through a series of fun activities. To progress the tennis journey, we encourage parent and child interaction on the court.

MINI RED TENNIS
AGES 5-8 YEARS

An excellent introduction to tennis for young children. Played on smaller courts with short racquets (17”-21)” and bigger tennis balls that bounce 75% slower than normal tennis balls. Played just like a real game, players will learn to hold a racquet, the correct technique for the different strokes and the chance to have long rallies and play different shots.

MINI ORANGE TENNIS
AGES 8-9 YEARS

The perfect way for players to continue their development from Mini Red Tennis. Playing with slightly longer racquets (23”-25”), balls are 50% slower than standard tennis balls, and on a bigger and wider court than mini red, but smaller than full size allowing players to develop a more rounded game.

MINI GREEN TENNIS
AGES 8-9 YEARS

Mini Green Tennis is perfect for continuing the players’ development from Mini Orange Tennis coaching. Played on a full-size court with balls that are 25% slower than full-size balls and 26″ racquets to help develop the players’ all-round game. Focusing more on how to play points, structured tennis rallies and on technique when required. Mini Green Tennis continues with competition and point play and is the natural transition to yellow ball tennis.

YELLOW BALL JUNIORS
AGES 11-18 YEARS

Our programme for this age allows the players to work physically and mentally at their tennis game; we encourage players to compete regularly to improve their LTA rating and ranking. Sessions are more game based which allow the players to develop their own individual game through drills and matchplay situations. The final transition is to full court yellow ball tennis with 27″ racquets, just like Andy Murray and Johanna Konta!

SCHOOL HOLIDAY CAMP
AGES 5-14 YEARS

Why not make school holidays a little more fun? Our school holiday tennis camps offer an excellent way to introduce your child to the exciting world of tennis while giving them a great workout and above all a week of fun. Our enthusiastic coaching team guide players in a way that is not only fun but will provide them with a solid understanding of the basics of the game.
