Doug Anderson

Hey, I’m Doug! My coaching career began at the age of 16, transitioning from a competitive snowboarder myself to an instructor, and instantly finding my passion: helping people have fun and learn new skills whilst achieving their fitness goals. This led me to the world of personal training, where I now have nearly 10 years of PT experience and the same love of fitness and helping people along on their fitness journey as when I started.

I’ve always been an active and competitive person - from competing at the CrossFit European Championships to regularly completing 100km bike rides, and I truly believe in not just preaching a healthy lifestyle to my clients. You can expect our sessions together to be tailored to your goals, whether they be fitness, weight
loss, muscle gain or sport specific - but most importantly, a fun and enjoyable experience! I am keen to meet you all and share my knowledge to help you achieve whatever goal you set your mind to!

Qualifications –

  • NASM Level 3 Personal Trainer
  • Crossfit level 2 Trainer
  • C&G Level 3 Nutrition for Sport and Exercise
  • CASI Level 2
