Body Balance - This is a yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Resistance bands, also known as workout bands or exercise bands, are stretchable bands used for both physical therapy and general fitness.

No matter where you are with your body and your fitness routine, there is a resistance band out there that is right for you. Low impact, great overall body conditioning.

HYBRID: Strength follows a carefully periodized plan, encouraging you to achieve new PB's in a small group-training environment concentrating on three main focuses: LEGS, PUSH, PULL.
