Roasted cod loin served with brown shrimp croquettes, tenderstem broccoli and a basil and caper dressing.

Roasted duck breast with Dauphinoise potato, glazed French carrots and drizzled with a redcurrant jus.

Pork tenderloin served with sautéed potatoes, roasted baby veg and an apple and cider jus.

Fresh penne pasta with chilli and basil pesto with broccoli, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and roquette laced with olive oil.

Stuffed aubergine with kale and quinoa, served with sweet cherry tomatoes and red onion all finished off with a ginger dressing. Accompanied with buttered new potatoes.
