Avenue Tennis is hosting a quiz night with a twist, can you beat the Chaser?
On Saturday 31st August, Shaun Wallace, AKA 'The Dark Destroyer' from ITV's The Chase, will be our charity quizmaster. The preliminary round will see quiz teams take on questions set by the Chaser, with the winning team going up against the Chaser in the final round.
With supper of sausage and chips, the evening will be rounded off with a Q&A from Shaun, along with photo opportunities and raffle prizes up for grabs.
Entry for quiz teams is based on eight people. However, individual tickets can be purchased, and we will place you in a team to make up a team of 8. The main aim of the evening is to raise awareness of Mental Health Conditions and the work which Help for Heroes and The Royal British Legion do for both serving soldiers and veterans.
Doors Open: 7 pm
Supper: Sausage and Chips, 7 pm – 7.45pm- (Vegan sausages available )
Quiz by Shaun Wallace: 7.45pm – 8.45pm
Quiz Results: 9.15pm – 9.30pm
Final Round: 9.30pm – 10pm
Q&A and Photo Opportunity: 10 pm – 11 pm
