Recipe : Custard Tart

You will need:
Tart Pastry
- Flour 225g
- Pinch of salt
- Lemon x 1 for zest
- Butter x 125g
- Caster sugar x 75g
- Egg x 1
- Egg yolk x 1
Custard Filling
- Egg yolk x 9
- Caster sugar x 75g
- Double Cream x 500ml
- Whole Nutmeg x 2 or dried
