After reviewing your medical history, food habits and lifestyle commitments, we will tailor a fitness and nutrition plan bespoke to your needs. We will start with a Tanita Health assessment, so we have a starting point.
Each programme is tailored to YOUR level of fitness and specific circumstances. Nutritional guidance will also be provided based on your dietary preferences. You will also learn about portion control, food intolerances, Glycaemic index and useful supplement advice.
Weekly Follow-up Sessions
Depending on how your body responds, changes will be made to your programme, so you keep getting results. We will see how far you have come after your six weeks with your final Tanita Health assessment.
