I have been a member since the end of January this year (2018)

Tell us about your experience with your Personal Trainer (Sarah Cooper) and your wellness journey...
Jacob created my first training programme at my Wellness Starter session, which at first was quite challenging. As the weeks went by the programme became a little easier, so I added to the programme. I met with Jacob after six weeks and adjusted my programme again to suit my needs. After twelve weeks I met with Sarah for my review and was amazed at the results that had been achieved with my weight loss, measurements and physical fitness. All the Personal Trainers are very supportive, and I owe a lot to them all.

What is your next step?
Sarah has now created me a new challenging programme that will help me reach my new target within the next three months. I aim to continue to challenge myself and enjoy my time in the gym.

Sarah Cooper:
Mike signed up only in January of this year and has hit his goals right from the start! Mike has kept consistent and positive while also being a very positive and motivational member. Mike has had major heart surgery, but this has not put him off instead he has learnt how to work around this.

Mike set goals straight away within his Wellness Starter session, where he decided he wanted to lose weight and build on his stamina while giving himself a year to do so, however, he totally smashed this goal and in fact hit his target within three months.

Mike has shown us what demanding work and dedication can do when you stay consistent and enthusiastic, well done Mike!
