How long have you been a member of Avenue Tennis?
I joined Avenue Tennis towards the end of March 2017. Since then I've always been monitored regularly, and my workouts are continually being reviewed and changed to get the best possible outcome for me.

Tell us about your experience with your Personal Trainer (Sarah Cooper) and your wellness journey...
When I joined Avenue Tennis, my goal was to lose weight, and that was all that I cared about (my weight initially was 105kg). Sarah has helped me achieve this goal by introducing me to my first ever gym, and very kindly and patiently, guided me through the different machines, equipment and exercises. In the summer of 2017, I started to find the ideal time for me to attend the gym and decided to train at least 4 to 5 times a week. Half a year later I have lost more than 20kg, and I'm currently working on my next steps.

What is your next step?
Since I have the opportunity to change my body, especially after losing so much weight, my goal is to build muscle mass and to develop my body as much as I can, bearing in mind I'm only 16, and my body is still developing and growing. 

Sarah Cooper:
Lorenzo signed up in March 2017 and has hit his goals hard right from the start, keeping consistent and having a fantastic positive attitude while also being, humble and a motivational member.

Lorenzo set goals straight away and knew exactly what he wanted in his wellness starter session. Lorenzo wanted to lose weight and build his stamina and strength. Since March Lorenzo's strength and endurance has increased massively while also dropping a significant amount of body fat increasing his metabolic rate and changing his body composition.

Lorenzo has shown us how determined and dedicated he is and proved that consistency and hard work pays off.
