MEMBER OF THE MONTH : HANNAH COOK

How long have you been a member of Avenue Tennis?
I have been a member since August 2018

Tell us about your experience with your Personal Trainer (Jake Duffield) and your wellness journey...
I started at Avenue Tennis with the aim to build muscle and become stronger in myself.  Jake has overseen my plans/reviews since I joined. In April, I decided to start Personal Training one to two times per week with Jake as I felt that I was starting to hit a plateau.

The change in my body has been more than I could have imagined!  I have gained a significant amount of muscle and reduced my fat percentage. I am also hitting PBs that I never thought were possible! Jake has designed an effective exercise plan that fits in with my busy work life, meaning I rarely spend more than 30-45 minutes in the gym! He has also really helped with my nutrition, ensuring I am eating enough of the right foods to sustain muscle development!

What is your next step?
I am about to start the Quick to Fit programme, so I am excited to see what changes that will bring to my figure! I’ve also recently taken up yoga classes and hope that it will continue to complement my weights-based training!

Jake Duffield:
Hannah has been a great client to train, and I’m thrilled to have been part of Hannah’s journey. I was very keen on achieving and developing her desirable goals as Hannah showed great energy and enthusiasm towards reaching her main result.

Hannah wanted to increase muscle tone all over but also wanted certain areas to grow and reduce without feeling too masculine. Hannah has had two 1-2-1 sessions with me each week while following a tailored made gym plan.

We have recently reviewed her health statistics, and Hannah has decreased her body fat percentage from 24.2% to currently 18%, her muscle has gone from 40kgs to 45kgs all achieved within ten weeks. Hannah’s strength and body shape has changed and improved overall. We will be moving on to our new Quick to Fit transformation pack at the beginning of August where we will push harder and be more focused on nutrition to develop even further and to make this a lifestyle change and habit.

Great effort Hannah. Keep up the excellent work.
