How long have you been a member of Avenue Tennis?
I have been a member of the gym for just over a year.

Tell us about your experience with your Personal Trainer (Jake Duffield) and your wellness journey...
My experience with Jake has been great, he has shown me direction and the correct path to follow to help me achieve my fitness goals.  Jake has given me tips and advice for both my workouts as well as my nutritional needs. Having a Personal Trainer has helped me measure my progress and achieve my body goals. I have improved my everyday life with fitness, not just physically but mentally. Since I joined the Avenue gym, I have reinvented myself and have become far healthier.

What is your next step?
My next step is to set myself targets to achieve my body goals. This means I will need to change my diet to gain more weight and build on muscle mass. I will also be changing my workouts to see what works and what doesn’t. This way I will hopefully see the progress I want over a period of time.

Jake Duffield:
Cameron joined Avenue back In October 2017, since joining, Cameron's body shape and strength has improved significantly. His muscle has increased by 4 kgs, and his body fat has dropped from 17.5% to 12.5% which is a fantastic effort. 

Cameron has been able to keep up a regular routine following a tailored made fitness plan, but also adding in his own exercises to mix up his training to reach even further with his personal goals. 

It’s nice to see our younger members training hard and taking on advice from myself and other personal trainers and seeing them progress and develop is a great journey to be part of.
