1-2-1 Yoga, Pilates & MELT

We are excited to announce that we are now offering 1-2-1 Yoga, Pilates and MELT sessions here at Avenue Tennis. This is an excellent opportunity to learn or further your ability or mindfulness with one of our specialist trainers. If you would like to focus on technique, breathe control, meditation, or a variety of training styles, then this will give you the chance to do so. 

Our trainers can offer this service as a 1-2-1, double sessions and even groups of 3-4 people. The sessions are COVID friendly with open space to train in our group class studios.

Wellness & Platinum members:
Individual sessions - £40 per session
Double Trouble 4 sessions £200 (2 people - £25 per person/per session)
Group PT 1 session £80 (3-4 people pay as you go – from £20 per person/per session)

Racquet member: £5 per member per session in addition to the above prices.

YOGA with Declan Wooloughan
Maybe it’s an injury that brings you to Yoga, or perhaps you want to build strength, or flexibility or just escape from your hectic life for a short while to help re-establish some balance. I wish I’d found Yoga earlier in my life, but maybe I wasn’t ready for it then. It’s never too late to start, so why not give it a try?

YOGA with Gem Stower
Yoga is a physical and spiritual discipline which aims to bring the mind and body into balance. Aimed at developing harmony in the body. Suitable for all levels of experience who want to experience the highest levels of challenge and contentment that yoga has to offer.

PILATES with Simon Parker
Pilates is an exercise system that focuses on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve balance, muscle strength, flexibility and posture. Simon delivers Pilates sessions to men and women who need to strengthen their core and backs due to injuries or posture-related issues.
