GRIT

Les Mills GRIT is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, which combines short bursts of high-intensity training with periods of recovery. This method increases your fitness levels, builds lean muscle while shaping your body and burning off calories.

Body Pump

This is a Les Mills choreographed exercise to music. High repetition weight training and aerobic conditioning. It will tone your body, help you lose weight and will change your body shape. This is a mixed ability class.

This is a Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

The new Group Cycle has everything users want from start to finish, enabling an awesome feeling for that real road cycling sensation and accurate tracking to live the challenge at any time. Beginners Spin - Your 30 minute introduction to a great ‘all level’ cardio workout, with an Inspirational playlist. A variety of ‘on bike’ challenges such as: Intervals, Sprints and Climbs. Expect your class instructor to be on and off their bike assisting your every need.  It’s now time to experience the ride!

Teen Spin - As above but aimed for ages 13-15 for 30 minutes

Everyone’s traditional favourite!  A variety of stations are set around our studio. Expect a range of exercises and equipment, to challenge every muscle in your body. (Progressions and regressions are given).

Group Omnia

Is a functional training system which optimizes strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, and speed. It is designed specifically for small group personal training (4-8 people), to provide the same individual attention as one-one training but also community dynamic of training in a group setting.

Step & Tone

A traditional style of training, with high impact aerobics movements, choreography and exercises, based around a step. Work your whole body, elevate your heart rate and improve your co-ordination with a complete cardio workout.

Kettlebell

Kettlebells truly give pumping iron (or should I say, swinging iron) a whole new meaning! With Russian roots dating back to early 1700’s, Kettlebells are iron cast weights that resemble a cannonball with a handle. They’re lifted using a swinging motion to provide a total body workout.

TRX & Conditioning

Strengthen your core and boost Explosive strength with functional equipment, such as TRX Suspension trainers, Sandbags, Kettlebells, Resistance bands. A great total body workout!

Zumba

Perfect for everybody and is designed to bring people together. It's fused with Latin and World rhythms, mixed with low and high-intensity dance moves and a super fun way to burn calories.

Senior Conditioning

A fun social exercise class focusing on mobility, flexibility, strength, stamina & energy levels. A wonderful way to stay in shape & enjoy an all over body workout.

Express Spin & Abs

Two training disciplines in one class!  Get a 30 minute, Intense cardio workout in the group cycle studio, followed by a 30-minute core workout. Perfect for torching that abdominal fat and building core stability strength.
