Many people struggle with motivation in the gym. This could be down to having a busy lifestyle, lack of sleep, not enjoying exercise or even something as simple as being bored of doing the same exercises each day. 

Personal training is personal to the individual, so the training sessions are tailored to you, to help you reach your personal goals. There are five different personal trainers at Avenue Tennis, each offering something different.
