MEET THE TEAM - Sarah Cooper, PERSONAL TRAINER
Sarah has dedicated her life to the fitness industry and has been a certified personal trainer and class instructor for over 12 years.
Sarah's fitness journey started with a five minute outdoor run which is all she could manage. Sarah was determined to improve her fitness levels which pushed her to join her first gym, that's when her love of fitness sparked. This new found passion turned her hobby into a very successful career.
Sarah loves weight training, and as she watched her body become stronger, her dedication grew. So much so, Sarah started competing in women's bodybuilding within the figure category. She has now been competing for five years in a total of seven shows.
Competing in figure and fitness is now her life, she enjoys how it pushes her to her limits and beyond. Sarah uses the same techniques for training her clients; they get the results, plus an added boost of confidence in day to day life.
Alongside personal training and competing herself, Sarah works with other bodybuilding competitors. Working with bodybuilding competitors is a massive passion of Sarah's as the results are incredibly rewarding.
A current client who lacked self-confidence has already competed in her first show with guidance from Sarah. By trusting in Sarah's process, her client placed 1st and then 2nd the following week! The clients' confidence has grown massively, and she finally believes in herself.

"My best achievements so far was winning the British Championship during October 2016, and being awarded my Pro-Card. My Pro-Card gives me pro-athlete status in Woman’s Figure Bodybuilding . In October 2017, I placed 4th within Masters Bodyfitness in Britain at UKBFF which Is one of the biggest bodybuilding federations in the UK.
