Jacob has been a personal trainer for seven years. Jacob's passion for fitness started eight years ago training at home using weights that had been given to him by his Dad and elder brother. Jacob grew to love the competitive aspect of always improving himself and physically seeing the changes he could make through fitness.

Jacob always lacked confidence in himself and body image, but found through weight training his confidence grew and he became dedicated to fitness after seeing the achievements he had made.

Jacob regularly attends multiple fitness events/seminars and exhibitions throughout the year to broaden his knowledge and better understand how to help his clients not only with exercises and plans but also their mindset and staying motivated. By having a healthy and motivated mindset, Jacob believes you can stick with the fitness lifestyle and enjoy your training and healthy eating and keep consistency.
